(translation: Sunset, great as it is, a pity that its nearing the evening)

yup...that is themy feeling now. well, the last 24 hrs have been great. my bf boss let gives him half day leave is we were together for the first half of the day.....my poor hubby, the boss is a big evil devil (i know the devil is evil but yea,just to emphasis it even more). makes my bf work more than 12 hours everyday w only abt 5-6 hours of sleep everyday. big evil man....cux him.....my bf has greadually become thinner n thiner that i think very soon he will be skinny. ....he only gave my bf half day off caz my bf is down with a cold for a few days...coughing and such...as tho half a day is enuf, damn him....

but whtever, i must saw that it was the best half day we had in a long time. although we didn't go anywhere, he just came my house, go online, sleep and watch TV for awhile. it was nice just having each other around. then my sis brought my niece over for her weekly visits to our family every weekend. we went to the playground, the neighbourhood mall near by and such...sweet.

now that the day has endd, i m back to facing thefact that i had hardly done anything much for my revisions...kambate!! just 1 week to a 3 week long exams...wish me strength n most impt determination.....i think that will be all for today...

btw, the photo above was taken from the Bedok jetty in Singapore...i seldom take photos....caz dun think i look good in photos...ever so rarely will there be 1 or 2 that turns out nice....prob when i change my hp....and hopefully that will happen soon.

this is something that i must definitely blog about...it's somethingt hat i have been waiting for a very long time to do......................finally i get to know some of the people who are in my bf's daily lives as in colleges that are nearly like friends......

not too sure if they are more of which or both but anyway....finally i might someone in his social life if you can call it that.well, he did show me to some people that he knew but by the time i get to know these people, most of the time, they don't meet up often anymore....like the teacher at the language school that he used to go...the friend that used to be in the same team as him etc etc. but ya....coming back to the main thing....i joined my bf to club with 3 of his other colleges.....when? last night!!! where? movida and butterfly......

prob u never heard of these clubs before but they are pretty new. the giant shoppig centre, vivocity is going to have a total of about 8 or 9 clubs that are opening all in the area n 3 of them already opened. we went to 2 ofthem....

Time: approx 1am-3am venue: movida(opp vivocity along the way to the sentosa bridge)

well.........it was pretty cheao, empty, cold, medium size/small place....his colleges were there much earlier than us....1 beijing gal, 1 local chinese n 1 local malay guy. they are all quite fun people to dance with. the local chiese boy is the pretty friendly, like to fool around kind of person....hmmm...hard to describe but personality is more towards the people relations kind of person....an in between of the friendliness of young Europeans and a local guy friendliness....he has a unique dancing style....hehehe....the beijing gal, quite pretty, taller than me and i would say that she can dance, not bad actually but whichever way, its still better than me....the local malay guy, much older than us, think he is about 40+, he's a father of a 16+ yr old gal, when it cmes to dancing...he is quite good in the kinds that require u to sway ur hips.

the place has a spanish(or so i think but its not english) resident band and it was ok-ly fun. caz didn't know what they were singing. but as the saying goes....well...i can't really remember but its something like music knows no barrier, music is a universal language....it was still enjoyable. the thing is becux i m more used to more pop music. my bf n i warmed up slowly to dancing. my poor bf was tired from a day's work...plus today is normal long working hours....wonder what is he doing now....still waiting for his call.....back again. the local chinese boy n the beijing gal congragulated me for having a very good bf who is so hardworking while the malay guy congragulated my bf on having a local gal like me for gf. (sorry, i'm not trying to be racist or what here, its just that i don't wish to mention names n can only think of calling them by their race or natioanlity)....we stayed till 3 when the club close...

reason why i can't tell what time we were there till was caz i wasn't so clear headed by the time we left the place. the place had better music. but it was quite crowded, all the tables n chairs were taken n we had to wait for quite a while before the people there finaly found a table for us. while we were waiting, we were danceing too, temperature rises...hehe...it was quite fun. the nice part abt drinking is that it helps to dance more carefreely....by the time we got our table, the local chinese boy n the beijing gal was starting to really stone because ofthe alcohol. i got lime for them. it worked for the local chinese boy bu notfor the beijing gal. she rested for a while, was rying a little n was really drunk that she can hardly work or make her own way. i wasn't too sure what happen to them next caz i was busying kinda cuddling w my bf but after sometime we ralised that they had een to the toilet for quite sometime n when i went to check the gals toliet, she wasn't there n the boy's hp was off for a while. the rest of us left the place soon after n on our way back then the local boy chinese boy called back to say they already left.....

my bf came to my place to sleep for the night n we went ahead w school n work....quite tred but reallyfun....it was nce hanging out with his frineds but the most important part is nevertheless the being w my bf part....*smiles sweetly.....

my eyes are really shutting soon....gota go now....

hmmm....it's been a long long time pple....hopefully i can revieve my blog successfully....

nothing much in my life has changed technically. In yr 2, time has flown by very fast n i'm aready nearly at the end of the sem. the sem was stressful n i was slacking....opps...hope that in the last 2 weeks before the exams the full force can help a lot. a few main things that happened.....

I really thought that my vj class will never gather but i was wrong. thanks to Mr Reuben(We are all very grateful!!) and about 1/3 of the class turn up. 8 of us. in the 8 pple pic above...from left to right...row behind: Galvin, Marcus, Han Wei, Gerard and Reuben the row in front: Cassandra, Charmaine, Me. well, we updated our no.s and it is quite nice to know that we haven't changed much, still the sane pple cracking the cold jokes and stuff...we made a marketplace out of the PS Swensens where we had lunch. although it was just a short lunch gathering butit was nice to know roughly where are some of your friends and that they are all doing pretty well....i guess we can't ask for more....hopefully, we can work out another gathering in december :)

as for me and my bf(well, i have to mention him, given that our lives kinda revolve around each other)....was looking for a room to stay together then his boss suddenly last min arrange for him a place to stay when he didn't want to earlier. well, after the old resturant closed n before the new one at vivo city opened, it was quite fun since we could see each other quite often, and for long periods of time. coming to my house to watch vcd, go onlin n play his fav poker game etc etc, just being together was really quite nice. now, he's applying for ome form of EP pass based on his coaching qualifications and we are waiting for the results. if it doesn't pass thru then he's gota go back for a month or 2 or so i hope to come back later n apply w a culinary cert. well, we were hoping that i could go back w him or join him there few awhile n he can show me to his family n friends there....keeping my fingers crossed.

streaked my hair red earlier but it faded to brown in about 1 week. i actually didn't want red but the hairdresser, kinda recommended it. well, if uwere to look at it from another angle, it's like you get to have the fun of 2 colours instead of just dying it brown n having it to remain at that colour.

to think back on why i called this blog lost-in-facades....well, i must say that everyone knows what i am trying to mean when i say that people often wear different mask in their daily lives, sometimes several mask in a day when they are w diff groups of pple. it's sad bt i think that it is also a means of survival as to not reveal to much of yourself in order to protect yourself.

i got this gal frien of mine who tends to forget the existance of masks and often get too emothional or hurt by things or words that other pple say. then i would analyse out the situation for her. it's always a 2 way thing. i think i mentioned it in a very very eraly blog of mine. u can't treat the other person as a friend if the other person does not treat you as a friend. u can't love the person if the person doesn't love you back(maybe exception for parents to children kinda love) but it is the sad truth. i had a GP tutor who said that the reason why people love each other is beacause they need to feel loved. if it's a 1 way kind of thing, even if it's the kind of i only wish the best for her kind of love, the one forking out the love will feel sad inevitably but how sad depends......apply this to all relationships....the world seem like such a bleak place? i think so too but don't worry..the fools are always the hapier lot for they do not know what they are losing....
